Yetunde - Child Safety & CSAE Standards policy

Yetunde is operated by Yetunde The Alarena Limited. We are a dating app strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over. We are fully committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) on our platform.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We strictly prohibit:

- Any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE);

- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real or simulated sexual content involving minors;

- Any attempt to groom, coerce, exploit, or harm a minor.

Any account involved in CSAE or CSAM will be immediately suspended or terminated, and relevant content removed. Where required by law, we will report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities or hotlines.

2. Age restrictions

Yetunde is for adults only:

- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

- Creating an account for or on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

- If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we will take action, including suspension or removal.

3. Reporting and in-app feedback

Users can report abuse, suspicious behaviour, or safety concerns through:

- In-app reporting and feedback tools (e.g. report user / contact support); and

- Our support email: trust-safety@yetunde.app

We review CSAE-related reports as a priority and take appropriate action, including removal of content, account sanctions, and escalation to relevant authorities where required. Please see our community guidelines

4. Handling CSAE and CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on Yetunde, we will:

- Promptly review and remove the violating content;

- Restrict, suspend, or terminate involved accounts; and

- Report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority or hotline in the applicable jurisdiction, in line with local laws.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

Yetunde The Alarena Limited complies with applicable child safety and online safety laws and regulations in the regions where Yetunde is available. We regularly review our policies and enforcement processes to align with legal and platform requirements, including Google Play’s Child Safety Standards.
